In the digital age, due to increasing connectivity, high demand for change, and the dominant teamwork and project work, a somewhat different leadership behavior is required compared to the past. What are the central success factors of leadership in the digital age? What attitudes and behaviors characterize a digital leader? Answers to these questions are provided to the participants of this executive seminar. At the same time, it gives them a compass on how to develop into a “Digital Leader” and how to create the desired impact as leaders.

Learning objectives
