Seminar description
The use of AI has a wide range of impacts on daily business operations. Intelligent, self-learning AI systems can relieve people of their tasks; companies can make work processes more efficient with them and tap into new business fields. However, in order to take advantage of these opportunities, acceptance from all stakeholders is initially required.
In the course of digital transformation and ongoing automation, many companies are currently considering (increased) integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into their business processes. But what does this mean for your leaders? To what extent does their leadership role and function change as a result? How can you ensure that AI is used purposefully and effectively by your employees? To what extent does the use of self-learning AI systems change the relationship between leader-employee or leader-team?
