Seminar description
In Germany, there is a dramatic imbalance between actual working and living conditions and experienced well-being. The solution seems to lie in better management of the stressors of our time – such as permanent change, higher work density, etc. When people are asked what stresses them, they most often reply: "work." They overlook the actual source of our problems: our thinking. Because this influences what we expect, what we do, and what we consequently experience. It is not "work," constant availability, or the fast pace of our time that burdens us, but the thoughts we have about it and with which we infect each other. This seminar addresses how employees can reduce their "negative stress" and thus prevent burnout.
