Seminar description
Digitalization unsettles leaders. They ask themselves, among other things: What leadership behavior will be needed in the future? And: To what extent should I change my attitude and behavior? This leadership seminar provides participants with answers to these questions by showing them, among other things, which thought and behavioral patterns characterize a “Digital Leader.” At the same time, it encourages them to tackle the necessary changes boldly, because one central factor in the leadership process does not change: the human being. He has the same (fundamental) needs as he did ten or even 100 years ago.
Overview of content

What mindsets/behavior patterns characterize companies and leaders who successfully navigate digital transformation? What do they do differently?

To what extent does the increasing interconnectedness and digitalization change the expectations, wishes, and needs of customers and employees?
To what extent does the leadership culture of our company and my leadership style/behavior already meet the requirements of the digital age?
What are the biggest (success) barriers? How can they be overcome?
