Rethinking leadership – shaping what matters tomorrow today
At IFIDZ, we develop leaders with foresight. Our goal: not just to react to current demands, but to help shape how leadership needs to look tomorrow.
To achieve this, we combine neuroscientific insights with current leadership trends – both nationally and internationally. We ask: How does a person tick? Because only those who understand how people really function can lead them effectively.
Our programs are based on solid research, daily practical experience, university collaborations, and the values of upcoming generations. We develop tools, think ahead, and stay engaged – so that leadership works not only today but remains future-proof.
The foundation: the maturity model and Alpha Intelligence – developed by Barbara Liebermeister & her team. Two concepts that demonstrate how modern leadership can be measurably developed. Systematically. Effectively. Humanely.
Learning in dialogue
People learn effectively and sustainably when they can interact and continuously exchange ideas about the learning content. Therefore, we use different dialog-oriented formats and methods for qualification.
Learning at eye level
People learn effectively when the delivery of learning content takes their learning style into account. The individual modules of the qualification consider this and provide participants with personal learning environments.
Learning in practice
People learn effectively and sustainably when the learning content is presented in small, compact units (Learning Nuggets). A large portion of the training modules is designed accordingly.
Learning in intelligent steps
People learn effectively and sustainably when they can interact and continuously exchange ideas about the learning content. Therefore, we use different dialog-oriented formats and methods for qualification.
Self-determined learning
People learn effectively and sustainably when they can determine the learning content, rhythm, and time commitment themselves. The training modules of the qualification are designed to enable self-determined learning.
