Leadership in the Digital Age

The Institute for Leadership Culture in the Digital Age (IFIDZ) provides decision-makers in companies with well-founded guidance for the strategic alignment of HR development and the further development of corporate and leadership culture towards Digital Leadership. Therefore, since the beginning of 2016, IFIDZ has been conducting an anonymous online survey of executives three times a year under the label "Leadership Trend Barometer."

Leadership Trend Barometer

The surveys focus on a topic relevant to leading in the digital age and leadership development, consisting of only one question with multiple answer options. Therefore, participating takes you just two or three minutes.
