Therefore, IFIDZ regularly conducts studies on questions of leadership culture in the digital age, both independently and in collaboration with renowned institutes. These studies aim to provide a scientifically sound overview,
what has changed in companies, among other things, in the area of leadership and collaboration, and
what challenges they and their leaders are currently facing in this area.

The IFIDZ regularly conducts scientific studies on leadership culture in the digital age together with renowned partners. The focus is on key questions regarding the requirements, changes, and success factors of modern leadership.
Trend barometer
The IFIDZ conducts a leadership trend barometer two to three times a year – online surveys of executives, supplemented by narrative interviews. These provide a snapshot of current management issues and offer insights for leadership and collaboration.
