Our research team works across Germany - and yet is closely networked. What connects us is the passion for good leadership in the digital age - today and in the future. As a distant think tank, the team not only contributes diverse professional backgrounds and experiences, but also thinks ahead: It identifies relevant trends, analyzes current studies, and provides solid impulses for our projects and publications. Whether in developing new research questions, reflecting on existing leadership models, or providing critical sparring on current developments - this virtual team is an important engine for IFIDZ: practice-oriented, inspired, and always with a keen eye on what’s coming - for example on topics like AI use in leadership, hybrid work environments, or new role models for leaders, upcoming leaders, or project managers.
