Gustav Hollnagel
Research Associate
Gustav Hollnagel supports the institute in the areas of leadership culture, organizational and personnel development. A particular focus is on the field of personnel diagnostics. Mr. Hollnagel holds a Master's (Sc.) degree in Work & Organizational Psychology. After a 4-year study abroad in the USA focusing on organizational psychology and international relations, he completed his interdisciplinary education at TU Dresden, which is also his hometown. Mr. Hollnagel's master's thesis examined the phenomenon of 'Authentic Leadership' and its positive effects in practice. After his studies, Hollnagel worked as a freelance work psychologist and is currently active as a team master in work psychology in the IT sector.
