Dr. David Bausch is the founder and managing director of the management consulting company Digi2place, which advises on topics related to the future of the working world, particularly with a focus on digital stress. He is the author of the book "Digital Stress: The Dark Side of the New Working World," published by Haufe Verlag, and is thematically one of the leading experts on this subject in the DACH region. As such, he regularly publishes research-relevant articles, for example, in the "International Journal of Innovation and Technology Management," and is often a guest on subject-specific podcasts. Dr. David Bausch works as a transformation manager at Commerzbank AG and has previously been active in various HR fields. He is a trained systemic organizational consultant and a member of various expert networks (e.g., Munich Leadership Institute & Coaching Lions). Apart from these activities, Dr. David Bausch teaches at the Hochschule Mainz in bachelor’s and master’s degree programs and is regularly active as a keynote speaker and trainer for the Haufe Academy. His dissertation and research focus on the digital changes in workplaces and their impacts (particularly digital stress) on employees.
