Barbara Liebermeister is a renowned German expert in leadership in the digital age. Her extensive experience in business and management, combined with her economic and academic expertise in the field of neuroscience, makes her a leading authority in the areas of leadership, new learning, and new work. She is the author of several books, the latest of which is titled "Leading with Alpha Intelligence: Ready for the Work Environment of Tomorrow." As a sought-after speaker, she advocates nationwide for greater value orientation in business. As a jury member in the committee for banks in transition, head of the specialized advisory board for leadership in the context of AI at the Integrata Foundation, Barbara contributes her expertise in various professional circles. She is an advisory board member at the startup Digital School Story, which integrates a concept for new learning in schools, and a lecturer at universities such as Kempten University and RWTH Aachen.
