Executives have not yet internalized the issue of digital transformation
The IFIDZ regularly conducts surveys on selected leadership topics. Now the results of our first Leadership Trend Barometer from 2018 are available!
This time we wanted to know to what extent respondents believe that executives in their organization are actively driving digital transformation. 128 individuals shared their opinions with us.
Executives do not actively shape digital transformation
The evaluation yielded some surprising results. For example, over three-quarters of the survey participants believed that executives were not actively shaping the process of digital transformation; and more than two-thirds were convinced that leadership in their company only approached the topic half-heartedly.
We have published the specific survey results below for you. We are planning the next survey for summer 2018. We would be pleased if you would (again) participate.
