The Institute for Leadership Culture in the Digital Age (IFIDZ) supports companies and their leaders in mastering the challenges resulting from digital change and in building and expanding the structures and competences as well as the skills and capabilities needed to be successful in the future.
In order to achieve this objective, the IFIDZ offers companies a whole range of services, depending on their individual needs and goals, always taking the results of research in the fields of “digital change” and “leadership in the digital age” into account which the IFIDZ has conducted and published in several studies.
