Seminar description
Many powerful specialists and executives know this feeling: Despite objective successes, the doubt remains of truly being competent. Successes are relativized, mistakes are overvalued, and one’s own demands continually rise. Everything appears self-assured outwardly – but inwardly, the pressure grows to 'eventually be found out'.
This phenomenon, known as Impostor Syndrome, particularly affects engaged, reflective, and performance-oriented individuals. Especially in demanding roles – such as in leadership, academia, or expert functions – it can become a permanent burden: decision uncertainty, perfectionism, overwork, or reluctance in one’s own visibility are common consequences.
The seminar addresses this issue directly. It creates an understanding of the internal mechanisms of Impostor Syndrome, highlights its individual and organizational causes, and offers practical strategies to constructively deal with self-doubt. The goal is not to 'eliminate' doubts but to classify, regulate, and utilize them as a resource for healthy performance and effective leadership.
