IFIDZ Expands Its E-Academy and Digital Offerings
May 19, 2023 – Our E-Academy now has its own website. With the offerings of the online academy, IFIDZ aims to promote the topics of New Leadership, New Learning, and New Work within companies.
About two weeks ago, the E-Academy of the Institute for Leadership Culture in the Digital Age (IFIDZ) launched its own website. On this site, our institute will present its digital training and support services, which it offers to companies in the areas of Leadership Development and Human Resource Development. Additionally, under the umbrella of the academy, online courses and seminars will be offered to help professionally engaged individuals with their personal development and in self-leadership/management.
Human Resource Development is Often Already Hybrid or Fully Digital Today
This step was prompted by IFIDZ, as a large part of the training and development measures that our institute conducts for companies and their employees now has either an entirely online or hybrid character. In particular, blended learning offerings that combine in-person events with online learning are increasingly in demand.
Therefore, two years ago, IFIDZ implemented a separate login area on its website, where participants in these measures had immediate access to the learning nuggets made available to them, such as videos, transfer assignments, and in-depth information. Furthermore, users could communicate with each other in a “Virtual Classroom.”
Number of Digital Learning and Training Offerings from IFIDZ Increases
Due to the rising demand for digital learning and training offerings, as well as the increasing number of such offerings over the past two years, IFIDZ has now decided to give this a dedicated space on our website – the E Academy now invites leaders, project managers, and emerging leaders to enrich themselves here with impulses and training.
Currently, under the umbrella of the E-Academy, online coaching is offered, among other things, with online courses titled
· a Masterclass 'The modern leader'
· what you don’t know about virtual and hybrid leadership
· and other trending topics.
These courses can also be booked by individuals or private persons.
Goal: To Promote New Leadership, New Learning, and New Work in Companies
The current offerings will soon be expanded according to statements from IFIDZ founder and director Barbara Liebermeister, “which are highly relevant for companies that are intensively dealing with topics like New Work and Leadership due to ongoing digitalization and wish to develop a new learning culture in their organization under the keyword New Learning.” In addition, the new platform will be used to realize blended learning concepts for companies.
An important role is also played by the LEADT, an online check developed by IFIDZ to assess the competencies of leaders in managing employees and teams in the context of digital transformation. Interested parties can also complete this on the E-Academy website.
Artificial Intelligence Will Further Promote New Learning and Work
For IFIDZ itself, according to Barbara Liebermeister, the expansion of the E-Academy represents a central step in optimizing the education technology used in its work so that companies can effectively and intelligently further qualify their leaders and teams even in the digital age.
This is also necessary in her view, as the topic of “self-responsible and self-organized learning” in companies will experience a significant boost in the coming years due to the increased use of artificial intelligence. Therefore, the demand for digital learning and training offerings will continue to rise.
