The “Innovation Management” and innovation culture of companies still show some deficits. And:
Innovations mostly fail due to the respective corporate culture and not due to financial resources.
Innovation Management: More Courage for Innovation and Taking New Paths Required
Most respondents also believe that more courage is needed from employees and executives regarding innovation.
