As the biggest challenge and task for the year 2017, leaders view the digitization of business processes and internal operations, closely followed by reviewing the business model and realigning their strategies.
High Innovation Power is Required for Digitization
In third place is the increase in the innovation capacity of the organization; only in fourth and fifth places do the embedding of a 'Digital Leadership' mindset in the minds of leaders and the raising of employee awareness of the opportunities as well as the risks of digitization follow.
