"Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Leadership": New Trend Topic as a Lecture and Seminar

April 17, 2023 – In a new seminar and lecture by IFIDZ, questions are answered that many leaders are keenly interested in regarding the increased use of AI.

At the end of 2022, the company OpenAI made its chatbot ChatGPT available to the public online for free use. Additionally, almost simultaneously, other companies launched digital image generators for general, free use.

An Eye-Opener on How Powerful AI Systems Already Are

The media response to this was massive. Accordingly, many people worldwide tried out these tools and were generally surprised at how powerful such self-learning AI systems are today.

Similarly, many leaders and decision-makers in companies, who are not IT experts, suddenly became aware of how many opportunities, such as making work processes more efficient and exploring new business areas, artificial intelligence (AI) potentially offers companies.

Creating the Necessary Acceptance for AI Usage

Therefore, many companies are currently considering using AI systems more prominently in their daily operations. However, this requires the acceptance of this technology by all stakeholders.

The goal of establishing this acceptance, particularly among leaders, is served by a seminar and a lecture developed by the Institute for Leadership Culture in the Digital Age.

Seminar & Lecture on the Topic "Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Leadership"

These were designed by IFIDZ in response to inquiries from companies, as many of their leaders are currently asking, for example:

  • How could such self-learning systems like ChatGPT be used in my area, business environment?

  • What new requirements would arise for me and my employees with their use?

  • To what extent would my leadership role and function change as a result?

  • How would my relationship with my employees or my team change?

  • Will certain functions in our organization become obsolete due to increased use of such systems?

Case Studies for a Meaningful Use of AI Systems

IFIDZ provides answers to such questions in its seminar and lecture for all individuals bearing leadership responsibility in their organization – including (initial) responses based on practical examples from companies that are already working intensively with such AI systems as ChatGPT – be it in research & development, sales, or customer communication.
